Ian Schafer founded Deep Focus Inc. three years ago and today has grown his company to over 20 employees with an office in Los Angeles. His company is an inter-active advertising and marketing agency that caters solely to the en-tertainment industry. Some of his major clients include: HBO, Miramax, Universal Music Group, Sony BMG Records, Nicolodeon, 20th Century Fox, and AOL. This week he shared with me his experience of building his company and also gave advice on how others can follow in his footsteps.
